Pamela earned her undergraduate degree from Florida Atlantic University and went on to complete her graduate studies at the University of Florida. Her educational background, coupled with her lived experience in the region, has given her a solid foundation in leadership, mental health advocacy, and systems-based thinking.
At RiseUp Psychiatry, Pamela oversees the organization’s daily operations, ensuring that clinical and administrative processes run efficiently and effectively. She plays a key role in implementing strategic initiatives, optimizing patient care delivery, and fostering a collaborative, mission-driven workplace culture.
